- 6 1/2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 cups Sugar
- 6 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup butter or margarine
- 3 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 can coconut milk
Directions[]
- Melt butter and Sugar, then add eggs, coconut milk and vanilla.
- Mix all together then add flour and baking powder to the mixture.
- Mix well to roll out dough to a 1 cm thick sheet, cut into squares.
- Put on cookie cooking tray bake at 482 degrees fairnheit turn till brown on both sides.
