- 1 1/2 cup white flour.
- 2 cups dates without seeds.
- 1 cup of hot milk.
- 2 eggs.
- 3/4 cup Sugar.
- 1 pack melted butter (113g)
- 1 teaspoon sodium bicarbonate.
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder.
- 1 cup walnuts.

Pour milk over dates and mix it by an electronic mixer. - Blend eggs with butter and Sugar by a blender. - Mix well and add walnuts. - Pour mixture in a greased cake pan and let it stand for about 15 minuets. - Bake in a moderate heat over for about 45 - 60 minuets. - After baking, let the cake stands for about few minutes till it cools down. - Prepar the sauce by processing dates with water until smooth batter, then strain. - Pour the sauce over the cake and garnish with almonds.
