KUGLA - LITHUANIAN POTATO PUDDING

  1. Peel and grate raw potatoes, mince Onion and mix the 2 together.
  2. Fry Bacon until crisp; pour bacon fat over potatoes and crumble Bacon into mixture.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well; add salt and milk.
  4. Pour mixture in a greased 13 x 9 inch pan.
  5. Bake at 400 degrees, 15 minutes.
  6. Top should be brown and crispy.
  7. Serve with sour cream. Serves 12.
  8. May sprinkle with Baco Bits.
