  1. Cut meat into strips.
  2. Brown meat in ½ of the butter until done.
  3. Remove from heat but keep warm.
  4. Add remaining butter to pan.
  5. Sauté onions until soft and remove from pan.
  6. Add broth to pan and deglaze, then add chili sauce.
  7. Add meat and green onions.
  8. Heat until hot.
  9. Salt and pepper. Serve.
  10. Note: if you like hot food, add tabasco when you add chili sauce. Enjoy.
