Japanese Mayonnaise Dressing Ingredients for this recipe can be found at most Asian food markets
1/4 red onion, finely diced 2 cloves garlic, finely diced 1 1/2 ounces rice vinegar (seasoned) 1 tube Japanese Kewpie mayonnaise 1 tsp Dijon mustard 1 TBS Mae Ploy sauce 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
In a bowl, mix all ingredients together. Serve with a seafood salad over romaine or iceberg lettuce.
