- 300gr plain flour
- 175gr flaked butter or margarine
- 150gr Sugar
- 2 teasp. cinnamon
- 75gr coarse sugar
- 50gr almond flakes
- 1 egg white
Knead until it becomes a smooth dough. Put in the fridge for 45 minutes to harden.
Cut into rectangular biscuits and put the sheet in the oven at 200C until golden brown.
After cooling break the biscuits along the cut lines.
