  1. Sauté onion and bell pepper.
  2. Add shrimp, ham, sausage, and chicken and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.
  3. Add sugar, black pepper, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, and salsa to chicken broth.
  4. Bring to a boil and add rice and cook covered for 20 minutes.
  5. Add rice to meat mixture.
  6. Heat flour tortillas and fill mixture.
  7. Wrap as you would a soft tortilla.
