Ingredients Edit

  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 large jalapeño pepper, seeded, finely diced
  • 3 tbsp red bell pepper, finely diced
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ⅛ tsp cayenne

Directions Edit

  1. Heat butter in a saucepan until melted.
  2. Stir in jalapeño and bell pepper.
  3. Bring to a simmer.
  4. Stir in honey and cayenne.
  5. Bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally.
  6. Remove from heat.
  7. Drizzle over Famous Dave's Corn Bread.
  8. Note: you can make the glaze ahead of time and store it, covered, in the refrigerator. Re-heat before serving.
