Italian Veggie Toss

1 bottle Italian salad dressing (8 oz) 1 t. cayenne pepper sauce (Tabasco) 1 T. sugar 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and quartered (14 oz) 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, halved 1 medium red onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings

In a large bowl, combine the dressing cayenne pepper sauce, and sugar. Mix well. Add remaining ingredients. Toss to mix well. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours before serving. Serves 4 to 6 Note: You can substitute 2 drained 4 oz. cans of button mushrooms for the fresh mushrooms, if you'd like. Source: Mr. Food
