Italian Burger Melt

Ingredients

• 1½ lb hamburger
• 1 can tomato soup
• ⅓ cup water
• 1 tbsp oregano
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella

Directions

1. Shape hamburger into patties.
2. Place in 2 qt. shallow baking dish.
3. Mix soup, water and oregano.
4. Pour over patties.
5. Top with cheese and bake at 400°F for 20 minutes or until done.
6. Serve on rolls or over pasta.
