Irish Avocado Buttermilk Sherbet

Description

Try this deliciously fruity sherbet.

Ingredients

• 2 avocados
• 2 cups buttermilk
• ½ cup sugar
• ¼ cup honey
• ¼ cup light corn syrup
• ¼ cup lemon juice
• ice cream maker

Directions

1. Puree avocados in a blender or food processor.
2. In a bowl, mix buttermilk, sugar, honey, corn syrup and lemon juice.
3. Mix well and blend with avocados.
4. Chill then freeze according to ice cream maker manufacturer's directions.
