Try this deliciously fruity sherbet.

[edit] Ingredients

• 2 avacados
• 2 cups buttermilk
• 1/2 cup Sugar
• 1/4 cup honey
• 1/4 cup light corn syrup
• 1/4 cup lemon juice
• ice cream maker

[edit] Directions

1. Puree avocados in a blender or food processor.
2. In a bowl, mix buttermilk, Sugar, honey, corn syrup and lemon juice.
3. Mix well and blend with avocados.
4. Chill then freeze according to ice cream maker manufacturer's directions.
