Fried sliced chicken with Shaoxing wine sauce
Ingredients[]
- 250 g chicken meat
- 1 stalk spring onion (chopped)
- 2 slices ginger
Seasoning[]
- ½ tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- some sesame oil
- some corn flour
Sauce[]
- ⅓ tbsp salt
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 6 – 10 tbsp Shaoxing wine
- 10 tbsp chicken stock
- ½ tbsp corn flour
Directions[]
- Wash and wipe dry chicken meat, slice and marinate with seasoning.
- Heat wok with 4 tbsp of oil, parboil the chicken slices in high heat for 1 minutes.
- Heat wok again with 1 tbsp of oil, add in ginger and spring onion.
- Add in sauce, cook until sauce is boiled, add in chicken slices.
- Stir cook until sauce boil again, dish up and serve.
