Hot Artichoke Spread

1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped (14 oz) 1 cup real mayonnaise 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated 1/2 to 1/3 t. garlic powder, or to taste

combine all ingredients and put into a lightly greased small casserole. Bake for 20 minutes at 350. Serve with assorted crackers. Makes about 3 cups. Freezes well. Source: La Pi�ata
