  1. Pour water into a large nonstick skillet; bring to a boil.
  2. Discard seasoning packet from ramen noodles; add noodles to boiling water.
  3. Cook 4 minutes or until noodles are tender; drain.
  4. Wipe pan dry with paper towels; coat with cooking spray.
  5. Heat pan over medium-high heat.
  6. Add stir-fry mix and stir-fry seasoning pkt.
  7. To pan.
  8. Stir-fry 3 minutes; add sugar and pepper.
  9. Cook 1 minute or until thoroughly heated.
  10. Stir in noodles, sprinkle with peanuts and serve immediately.
