This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Lynch Estate in Garland, Texas in 1994.

Directions Edit

  1. Wash and peel horseradish roots and grate or chop in blender.
  2. Combine ingredients and pack into jars.
  3. Seal tightly.
  4. Store in refrigerator.
