- 1 kilo of pine mushrooms
- 1 orange peel
- 1 lemon peel
- 1 head garlic
- 2 or 3 bay leaves
- 1 onion
- 1 cup oil
- 1 cup vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups water
- Clean the mushrooms, cut into pieces and boil with water for 10 minutes.
- Put oil in a pan, add orange peel and lemon, after they have been cooked a bit, add the sliced onions and whole garlic cloves, bay leaf, vinegar, water and salt.
- Let it cook a while.
- Add the mushrooms that have been boiled previously.
- And leave until they absorb the flavor of the marinade. The longer they marinade, the better they tastes.
