Honey And Dijon Marinade For Vegetables
- 1/4 Cup olive oil
- 1 Tablespoon Tops Honey
- 2 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 Teaspoon Tabasco
- 2 Tablespoons Tops Dijon mustard
Fresh Ground pepper to Taste
Combine All The Marinade Ingredients in a Medium Bowl And Blend Well.Select The Vegetables You Wish to Marinate.
Cut Into Appropriate Sized Pieces For Grilling.
Add The Vegetables to The Marinade And Cover For One Hour.Remove The Vegetables And Grill.
Makes 1 Cup
