- 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
- 1 cup canned crushed pineapple, sugar-free, drained slightly
- 1 tbsp honey
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ⅛ tsp coconut extract
- ⅕ tsp lemon extract
- Mix ingredients together in a blender.
