  1. Mix flour,baking soda and salt.
  2. Add water to make dough (bread consistency).
  3. Cover dough and let stand for half hour.
  4. Take small portions, knead again, dust with flour and roll out into a round shape.
  5. Cook in (flat) griddle with a little oil (flip on both sides).
  6. You can add many things to the dough and serve with curry.
