Ingredients Edit

  • 2 tbs each dijon mustard and olive oil
  • 2 tsp each garlic powder, dried thyme, and paprika
  • 1 tsp each salt and pepper
  • 2½ pounds london broil
  • thyme sprigs

Directions Edit

  1. Heat broiler.
  2. In bowl, combine first 7 ingredients.
  3. Spread top of meat with herb mixture.
  4. Place meat on rack set in broiler pan.
  5. Broil 30 min.
  6. Or until done.
  7. Let stand 10 min.
  8. Before slicing.
  9. Garnish with thyme sprigs.
