  1. Arrange bread slices on a baking sheet.
  2. Broil 3 to 4 inches from heat for 1 to 2 minutes or until toasted, turning once.
  3. Cool on wire racks.
  4. In a medium bowl stir together chives, basil, lemon juice, mint, oil, garlic, and salt.
  5. Add crabmeat, shrimp, tomatoes, and onion; toss to coat.
  6. Arrange toasted bread on a serving platter; spoon seafood mixture on each slice.
  7. Sprinkle with pepper.
  8. Serve immediately.
