- 4 Bone in Pork Chops
- 1 Pound plum tomatoes, Each Cut in Half
- 1 Tbs olive oil
- 2 Tbs Chopped parsley Leaves
- 1 Tsp Grated lemon peel
- 1 garlic clove, Crushed
Prepare Outdoor Grill. in Cup, Combine rosemary, fennel seeds, 1/2 Tsp salt, 1/8 Tsp pepper, Use to Rub All Over Pork Chops. in Bowl, Combine tomatoes, oil, And 1/4 Tsp salt. Place Pork Chops on Hot Grill. Cover Grill And Cook Pork Chops 5 minutes. Turn Chops Over And Arrange on 1 Side of The Grill. Place tomatoes, Cut Side Down, on Other Side of Grill, Set Bowl Aside. Cover Grill And Cook Pork Chops Until Browned And Done. Cook tomatoes Until Charred. Place Chops on Plate And tomatoes on Cutting Board. Cool tomatoes Slightly, Cut Into Chunks. Return tomatoes And Their Juices to Bowl, Stir in parsley, lemon peel, And garlic. Serve Chops With tomato Salad.
