A stub article is an article that is considered incomplete or contains very little information. This kind of article can be expanded into a more complete article.
An article is considered a stub not by its length, but by considering whether or not the article already contains all information that should be included. Even if the article is short, but if it is already contains informations that should be there, the article is not a stub. A stub is not neccessarily a bad written article.
To declare an article as a stub, add this at the bottom of the article:
