[edit] Ingredients

• 1/2 cup apple juice
• 3/4 cup water
• 2 tbsp honey
• 3 tbsp orange juice concentrate
• 1 1/2 tbsp salt
• 2 1/2 cup - 1 t. whole-wheat flour
• 1/4 cup Wheat gluten
• 3/4 cup quick oats
• 3 tbsp yeast

[edit] Directions

1. Mix in the order recommended by your breadmaker.
2. This uses the fresh-milk white/Wheat setting on the black & decker.
