- 1 Lb. Firm Head iceberg lettuce
- 3 tomatoes
- 3/4 Cup olive oil
- 1/4 Cup tarragon vinegar
- 1 T. Dried basil, Crumbled
- 1/2 T.sugar
- 1/2 T. salt
- 1/4 T. pepper
Remove Coarse Outer Leaves And Core All Firm head lettuce. Wash And Drain Well. Wrap in Paper Towels And Chill Until Ready to Use. Cut lettuce Into 6 Wedges. Cut Each tomato in 6 Wedges. on Individual Salad Plates, Arrange 1 lettuce Wedge And 3 tomato Wedges. Mix oil, vinegar, Dried basil, sugar, salt And pepper. Pour Over Salad And Serve.
