- Begin to dissolve the butter and add in the starch in a cooking utensil while heating on a medium to high setting.
- Continue to pour in the starch and cook until the mass becomes of yellow color.
- During this time also pour in some Sugar.
- Separately prepare a syrup using the remaining Sugar and water.
- After it is done cooking, shape the mass using a spoon or plastic shapes and pour the syrup on top.
