This is a great finger-food appetizer.

  1. In a small saucepan, put olive oil and lemon juice.
  2. When warm enough (do not let mixture boil), add red peppers and seasoning.
  3. Saute for 2 – 3 mins.
  4. Add in Shrimp and toss for a few minutes.
  5. Arrange Shrimp on platter. Sprinkle with pepper and chives. Place sprigs of fresh herbs all around.
