  1. Heat oil in a handi and fry chopped Onion.
  2. When onions turn golden add whole spices and rest of masala. Add in mutton and bhuno well.
  3. Add in curd and fry. Then add 2 cups water, cover and cook till meat tender.
  4. After that add flour mixture and cook for 15–20 minutes on slow heat.
  5. Lastly add all spice and put on dum till oil floats on top.
