  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 4 ounces fully cooked ham, cut into julienne strips (about 1 cup)
  • 1 cup pared, seeded, and coarsely chopped papaya
  • ½ cup (2 ounces) grated Swiss cheese
  • ⅓ cup half and half
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • fresh parsley sprigs (optional)

Directions Edit

  1. Combine rice, ham, papaya, cheese, half and half and egg.
  2. Spoon into buttered 7x7-inch baking dish or 2 individual baking dishes.
  3. Cover and bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes, or until heated through.
  4. Garnish with parsley.
