Haitian Rice Pudding

• 2 c. rice - precooked
• 1/2 c. brown sugar
• 1 tsp. cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
• 1/2 tsp. allspice
• 1/2 tsp. ginger
• 1/2 tsp. salt `
• 1 c. milk
• 1/2 tsp. cloves
• 1 Tbs. vanilla
• 1/2 c. Raisins, nuts
• 2 eggs beaten

1. Combine all ingredients and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
