HOT BAKED CHICKEN SALAD

Makes 6 servings.

- 3 cups cooked rice, cooked in chicken broth
- 1 cup cooked Chicken breast cubes (about 1 whole breast)
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped Onion
- 1/2 cup green peas
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds

Combine rice, Chicken, Cheese, celery, red pepper, Onion and Peas in large bowl. Stir together milk, Mayonnaise, salt and pepper in small bowl; add to rice mixture. Transfer to 9x13-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray. Top with almonds. Bake at 400 degrees 15 to 20 minutes.
