Ingredients[]
- Fresh guava, peeled and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Juice of one lemon
- grated coconut
- Honey
Directions[]
- Add the lemon juice to the guava pieces and set side in a glass bowl.
- Meanwhile, bring some water to the boil, add some honey and allow it to cool.
- Add the guava-lemon mixture to the honey water. Make sure the fruit are only coated with water, not covered in liquid. Stir in gently
- Cover the fruit salad and allow it to stand for 30 minutes before serving
- Top with grate coconut and serve.
