  1. In pan, cook beef and onion over medium-high heat until beef is no longer pink and onions are translucent.
  2. Drain fat.
  3. Add remaining ingredients except salt and pepper; cook over medium-low heat 20 to 30 minutes.
  4. Add salt and pepper.
  5. Fry an egg in a sauce pan.
  6. Serve on hamburger buns with pickle slices, lettuce, tomato, and top with a fried egg.
