  1. Heat pineapple, juices, garlic and jalapeño pepper to boiling in a medium saucepan;
  2. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in cilantro; heat to boiling.
  4. Mix cornstarch and cold water, stir into boiling mixture.
  5. Boil, stirring constantly, until thickened. Remove from heat; cool 2–3 minutes.
  6. Stir in Nutrasweet® Spoonful™; season to taste with salt and pepper.
  7. Serve warm over fish or pork.
