- 2 lbs/1 kg pea pods
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 teaspoon Sugar (optional)
- 1 teaspoon chopped dill
- Remove any strings from the pea pods, wash and boil in salted water.
- When tender, drain well.
- Melt the butter in a pan, add the pea pods, salt, Sugar and shake the pan a few times.
- Place on a plate, put chopped dill on top and serve with French toast.
