  1. Cut the meat in bite sizes and fry in the lard.
  2. Add the finely chopped onions and let it fry very little.
  3. Add the flour and mix well.
  4. Pour tepid water to cover the meat.
  5. Add the salt and let it boil at slow heat for half an hour.
  6. Add the beans and let boil another 15 minutes.
  7. Then add the separately boiled and drained tomatoes and the chopped parsley and dill.
  8. Place in the oven until the liquid is almost entirely gone.
  9. Instead of fried onions you can use grated raw onions.
  10. In this case, add with the water.
