- 1/2 lb. of chick Peas
- 1/4 lb. of linguica, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 medium Onion, chopped
- 1 and 1/2 tsp. of salt
- 1 tbsp. of vinegar
[edit] Directions
- Wash the Peas and soak overnight in cold water enough to cover the Peas.
- Drain the Peas and pour them in a pan, cover with water, add the linguica along with the rest of the ingredients.
- Bring all of this to a boil, reduce to low heat and cook for 3 hours.
