Grand Style Ground Beef
1 1/2 pounds ground beef 1 cup chopped onion 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted 1 pkg. cream cheese, softened (8 oz) 1/4 cup milk 1/4 cu catsup 1 t. salt 1 can refrigerated biscuits (10 oz)
Brown ground beef and onion in a large skillet, stirring until meat crumbles; drain and set aside. Combine soup and next 4 ingredients in a large bowl; stir well. Add reserved ground beef mixture, and stir well.Place in a lightly greased 2 quart casserole. Bake uncovered, at 375 for 10 minutes. Separate biscuits, and arrange on top of ground beef mixture. Bake another 15 to 20 minutes or until biscuits are golden. Serves 6 Source: Randy Marrs, More, Please!
