Beef soup

Ingredients

• 1 kg lean beef with bone
• 1 soup bone
• 3 liters water
• 8 grain black pepper
• 1 onion
• some cloves of garlic
• 1 bay leaf
• 2 carrots
• 2 ribs celery and leaves
• 1 sprig parsley
• salt to taste

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients, add cold water and bring to a boil.
2. Lower heat, add more cold water and simmer in low temperature for 2 or 3 hours
