  1. Have the butcher grind the meat or you can purchase a hand grinder.
  2. Combine meat, crumbs, salt, onion, steak sauce and eggs.
  3. Mix lightly and shape into 1½ balls.
  4. Brown meat balls in hot margarine.
  5. Add bouillon and simmer covered for 20 – 25 minutes.
  6. Add ½ cup sour cream and blend lightly.
