  1. Combine flour and salt.
  2. Cut in butter until crumbly.
  3. Stir in egg yolk mixture until dough forms a ball.
  4. Divide in two.
  5. Roll one half on floured surface into 15x10" rectangle.
  6. Place on ungreased pan.
  7. Sprinkle with crushed corn flakes.
  8. Layer mangos over crumbs.
  9. Combine 1 cup sugar, 1½ tsp cinnamon and nutmeg and sprinkle over mangos.
  10. Roll out remaining dough and place over mangos.
  11. Beat egg white until foamy and brush over top crust.
  12. Mix 2 tbsp sugar and ½ tsp cinnamon and sprinkle over crust.
  13. Bake at 350°F for 50 – 60 minutes or until lightly browned.
  14. Stir together powdered sugar, vanilla and milk and drizzle over warm crust.
  15. Cool and cut into bars of desired size.
