Glazed Baby carrots
- 1 Envelope Lipton Golden onion soup mix
- 1 1/2 Cups water
- 1/2 Cup Firmly Packed light brown sugar
- 1/4 Cup butter
- 1 T. Fresh thyme Leaves or 1/2 T. Dried
- 4 Cups Baby carrots
Combine The Soup Mix, water, brown sugar, butter And thyme in a 3 Quart Pan And Bring The Pot to a Boil. Add The carrots And Simmer Them, Uncovered, Over Medium Low Heat Until They Are Tender But Still Crisp, Stirring Frequently, About 10 Minutes. Serve at Once.Source: Unknown
