- Caerphilly Cheese - 110 g (4 oz) grated,
- Small leek - 1 washed and very finely chopped,
- Fresh parsley - 1 tbsp chopped,
- mustard powder - 1 pinch,
- eggs - 2 separated,
- milk - 4 tbsp,
- plain flour - for coating,
- vegetable oil - 1 tbsp,
- butter - 15g.
