Gingered Cinnamon Sugar

1 jar (2.7 oz) crystallized ginger 1 cup sugar 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar 5 t. ground cinnamon

Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add all ingredients. Process 1 minute or until mixture is a fine powder. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dark place. Makes about 2 cups sugar. For Gift Giving: Attach card which reads: Shake well before each use. Sprinkle on cinnamon toast or French toast or over hot cereal, bananas, broiled grapefruit or baked apples or pears. Stir into yogurt or sweet roll filling. Source: Unknown
