- Slice carrots, and cook until tender. Drain.
- Add 1 Pat butter - 1 Tablespoon. Let it melt. Add in the brown sugar.
- Put carrots back in and let them simmer for a few minutes. Add garlic, and lemon pepper.
- I usually add more garlic and let the carrots cook down a bit.
