  1. Heat olive oil til very hot, then add frozen whole green beans and coat well with oil over medium heat heat, salt and pepper to taste, add garlic and crushed red pepper.
  2. Keep turning beans now and then til slightly caramelized and charred. If not fully cooked by then put lid on, turn down heat and cook til beans are the crispness you like them. The more they char, the better they get.
