  1. 1 cup water
  2. 3/2 lb Chicken -- cut into 8 Pcs
  3. 16oz cans stewed tomatoes
  4. 1 tsp salt
  5. 1/8 tsp black pepper
  6. 3/8 cup Cooked smoked Ham -- cubed
  7. 1/2 cup Uncooked rice
  8. 1/2 large Onion -- sliced
  9. 1/2 cup cabbage -- shredded
  10. 1/4 lb Fresh green beans --Quartered And stems removed
  11. 10z pk frozen beans
  12. 1/8 tsp Ground cinnamon
  13. 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper

Directions Edit

Pour water into a large pot. Add the Chicken, tomatoes, salt, and pepper. Cover; bring to a boil, reduce the heat, and simmer for 30 minutes. Stir in the Ham, rice, Onion, cabbage, green beans, cinnamon, and cayenne pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer until the Chicken is fork-tender and the rice is cooked, 25–30 minutes.
