- ½ kg sliced peeled potatoes
- 2 small onions
- 1 teaspoon garlic (finely chopped)
- ½ cup cream
- 1 table spoon chopped chives
1. In an oven dish make a layer of sliced potatoes.
3. And add cream to it. Now make another layer of potatoes on it.
4. Now cover it with a piece of foil and bake for almost an hour, then topped with grated Cheese and grilled until golden brown.
5. The Potato gratin is accompanied by various 'raw salads'.
