Garlic Salsa

4 cloves garlic, chopped 2 tomatoes, finely chopped 1/2 cup chopped chili peppers, seeded 1 T. finely chopped cilantro 1 T. lime juice 1/2 t. dried oregano leaves, finely crushed Pinch cayenne pepper 2 t. olive oil

Combing all ingredient in a medium nonstick skillet and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until hot and bubbly, about 5 minutes. Remove form heat. Serve. Makes 24 servings. Serve this tasty salsa over broiled or poached fish, or spoon over bagels. Makes about 1 1/2 cups Source: Magic Salsas
