- 4 to 5 cloves of garlic minced
- 2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
- 1/3 Cups olive oil
- ½ head of romaine lettuce (torn)
- 1 avocado (diced)
Prepare dressing at least 1 hour before eating to allow for the flavors to mingle.
Put into small bowl.
Cover and set aside.
Just before serving toss with bite size romaine and diced avocado.
